What material is the jewelry made of?
We use clear and colored acrylic for our necklaces and earrings. We also use maple and alder wood. The material is mentioned in each product description.
What material are the chains and metal parts?
The chains are all 100% sterling silver. The clasps, split rings and other small metal parts are also sterling silver or in a few cases sterling silver filled*. The findings are supplied by a reputable US-based wholesale company. If you have more questions, please contact us.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sure, just write a nice note when you check out and we will gift wrap your item for no additional cost.
Could you draw a portrait of my cat/dog/girlfriend/mother-in-law?

*Sterling Silver filled is hundreds of times thicker and more durable than silver plated. It is a thick layer of .925 Sterling Silver mechanically bonded to a copper-alloy or brass-alloy center. Anyone who can wear Sterling Silver can wear Silver Filled without an allergic reaction.

Storing your jewelry
Keep your jewelry in its original box and store in a cool, dry place. And (this might sound like a no-brainer, but I speak from experience… ) try to remember to remove your jewelry before showering, jumping into the pool, going into the sauna or sleeping!
Reducing wear and tear
Keep water, perfume, sprays and other liquids away from your jewelry. Wooden jewelry does not like getting wet – wood is an organic material, and extra care should be taken to protect it from moisture and extreme conditions. Don’t keep your jewelry loose in a purse with, for instance, your keys, as the printed parts can get scratched. That being said, if normal precautions are taken, your jewelry will last a long time looking good as new.
Cleaning your jewelry
Use a soft, moist cloth to clean your jewelry. This will help to remove any fingerprints and dust, and keep your pieces looking as good as new. Please don’t scrub violently, submerge in water or use harsh cleaning agents
How do I get free shipping?
You get free shipping on orders over $79 within the US and orders over $149 with international destinations.
Why am I seeing two different shipping options at check out?
If you are checking out with both jewelry products and t-shirts/art prints/tote bags in your cart, you will see two different shipping options. This is because our jewelry ships from a different location (Florida) than the rest of our products, which are printed and shipped out by our partner. Depending on what you are ordering and whether you are opting for domestic shipping or international, the shipping costs can indeed vary a lot. The best value for you is to take advantage of our free shipping method on orders over $79 (domestic) and $149 (international)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, absolutely! We offer both economic shipping options and expedited delivery. However, we have no control over possible customs fees or delays. Also, shipping internationally is expensive, and there is nothing we can do about it. We always strive to bring you the least expensive shipping options. We are also required by law to mark the retail value and the content of the package too, so that is something to keep in mind.
