Who has the time or the energy for super complicated returns? Nobody!
We have a FREE 30-day refund policy on all our products.

Depending on what you are returning,
follow these steps:


T-shirts, posters or tote bags,
domestic and international orders:

Please contact us before shipping any non-jewelry items back using the form below:

    Jewelry, domestic orders:

    1. Use the original packaging to send your item back.
    2. Remove any stickers, bar codes etc from the packaging.
    3. Attach the return label that came with your package. Make sure it’s nice and tight with extra tape!
    4. Drop in your nearest mailbox.
    5. Allow us up to 30 days to receive your return and refund your money.

    Jewelry, international orders (outside the US):

    Yes, even international returns are FREE, but you must follow these steps in order to be reimbursed:

    1. If possible, use the original packaging to send your item back. Put everything back in the box (any extras, jewelry boxes etc).
    2. Remove any stickers, bar codes etc from the packaging.
    3. Write this address clearly on the box using a permanent marker or print a label:

    4. Go to your post office and send it using the most economical fare.
    5. Take a picture of the receipt (must have the fare printed on it) and the parcel.
    6. Allow us up to 45 days to receive your return and refund your money.

    30-day Policy

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Any custom made items.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as swiftly as possible.

    Late or missing refunds
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


    Sale items

    Sale items can be refunded just as non-sale items.


    If you would like to exchange a jewelry item for another one, send us an email and we will give you further instructions.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping TIMES

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary a lot. Be prepared for several weeks, if not months, if you live outside the continental United States. If you are not following our instructions for shipping items back, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor can we guarantee a refund. If for any reason you require expedited return shipping, please contact us beforehand so that we can help you!
